We maintain the only New York-specific tracker of autonomous-vehicle legislation and permitting across the Northeast, a comparison of every US robotaxi program measured against New York's rules, a fare model built on the actual TLC meter and ride-hail surcharges, and a weekly brief that tells subscribers what moved and what it means. Our editor spends his days reading financial regulation; he brings that habit — primary sources, exact dates, no hype — to a subject that has too much of it.
